I liked seeing all the nutrition facts and tips amongst the recipes and tons of pictures. I like that just because it’s a short ingredient list or short instructions it doesn’t lack flavor. Some recipes are family favorites that are made healthier, which I love! I have shied away from some of my family favorites because the amount of butter or sugar. I will definitely try these. I also like the feel of the book. It seems like it will hold up in the kitchen.

This cookbook is amazing! As a mom of three boys, we are constantly on the go. Finding a meal that will please everyone has always been a challenge - until now. These recipes are easy to follow and the meals are delicious (and healthy)!

The recipes are easy and family friendly which goes a long way when you don’t have to cook 2 multiple meals so the kids will eat! The desserts are always a bonus!

This is my new go to cookbook! Finally recipes that are easy to make, healthy, and enjoyed by my kids.The “Go Green”, “Go Clean”, and “Recipe Notes” (ie time saving hacks) that are added are such nice additions to the recipes.

This book is great for anyone wanting to eat clean. It’s loaded with tips, shopping lists and recipes. It’s so colorful and illustrated and allows you to see what the finished products of some meals will look like. This makes eating clean so much easier especially for those constantly on the go with life. It’s a wonderful book for making my family healthier!!!

Doable ~ Delicious ~ Detailedtl: dr: Healthy food made easyClean Eating always sounds hard to me. Dudash makes it seem doable. She has clear directions, straight-forward dishes, and even grocery lists. This book is written by someone who seems to really understand families. I will be buying this book to use regularly. I rarely give five stars to a cookbook, and definitely not one on a diet plan (though the book makes it clear this is more about eating well than dieting). As a busy working mother of two that also wants to eat healthfully I really appreciated this cookbook. The introduction has very useful tips on how to eat clean everyday - even with picky eaters! I loved the "10 tips for Dealing with Picky Eaters" and the weekly, monthly and quarterly shopping lists are extremely useful. With delicious sounding recipes like "Turkey & Oat Meatballs with Tomato & Carrot Marinara Sauce", 'Pecan-Crusted Chicken Tenders with Yogurt Dill Dip" and "5-Ingredient Pantry Baked Chicken Thighs with Apple Cider Vinegar" you're sure to find a quick, easy, kid-friendly meal that's packed with nutrients. I especially appreciated the notes for how to switch up the recipes with substitutes, cooking tips and advice on clean eating.Thank you to Quarto Publishing Group – Fair Winds Press for allowing me to view an advance copy of this cookbook.
