I bought a hand crank pasta machine and needed help to get started. This book was perfect. There is informative narrative regarding the different types of pasta which I appreciated. The instructions have helped me create consistent results. I don't have enough pasta knowledge to know how authentic the recipes are. I do know the recipes produce some delicious meals and I have fun creating them!
Came fast and I love the difference recipes. Wish it had more recipes though for different pastas. Like brown rice etc.
This is a great book. We have used only two of the recipes so far but, WOW! The best book for noodles that I have ever seen. I highly recommend.

I bought a few of these pasta books and they are all basically the same. The basic recipes call for so many egg yolks and frankly are far too intense. However, the recipes and the directions on how to shape etc. are great.
I love this book, it's my go to pasta book!The best part of it Nicole makes it easy to follow, amazing work chef!
Over the top for anyone who wants to create artisan pasta.
