This is a very good book about Kratom. Itâ€™s easy to read and gives you dosage guidance which is really helpful.

A helpful accessory for those of us that want to know more about the supplement we are taking or those curious about this wondrous plant. Short book though.

This book is super educational. I wasnâ€™t expecting to learn as much as I did. I have also shared it with my parents as my dad suffers from arthritis.

No references given at all!! Poorly written and an Information was mostly correct, if a bit vague. Contradictory info re food or not and missing an entire discussion on ph, and the use of lemons and such to release activecompounds. .Some mistakes, like info about toss and wash, which is taking powder in dry form, will certainly have some poor novice choke on it. Nasty. If only he had cited all the sources he used, all would be worthwhile, but not to be. More and better info,with references, can be dug up on reddit/kratom
