There are a few nice pictures to color in this book, but most of the pictures look like they were drawn by a child. I prefer drawings that at least have some perspective and not lumping tiny houses in the corner with big expanse of grass or water.It was a disappointment, in a word.

There are some great cities that I knew, but my one disappointment was that there were places not identified. So, while pictures were nice, it would have been nicer to know where they were .

Nicely drawn pages....book has some very modern scenes and is a pleasure for adult colorists.

I found the book useful but a bit off the mark. I just passed the PgMP exam earlier this week and while this book provided some useful information, readers would benefit from knowing that the exam's focus is significantly different than the book. To be fair to Sanghera, however, I will say that it's just about impossible for someone to write an exam prep book for the Program Management Professional Exam (PgMP), which is the way I suspect PMI wants it. Paul Sanghera's books appears to be the best option available. (I also bought Sanghera's companion textbook, which I expect will serve me in my professional life for years to come.)I recommend this book but with the caveat stated above.

In considering any of the guides out on the market, you need to account for the fact that the PGMP test has not been around very long. That's why Rita Mulcahey, who guarantees results, hasn't got a PGMP course out yet, which should tell you something right there.This book actually suffers from an effort to walk the tightrope between being a useful operational program managers' guide and an exam prep book. The author has come down on the side of the exam, but unfortunately the actual exam is not like the PMP exam against which this book is structured.The text provides a map (at a very high level) to the PMI exam structure specification, but that is more than a bit of a stretch. I spent many hours searching for references to the specified material in the chapters that claim to address them, and in about 50% of the cases there is either nothing there or a sentence that you can twist in that direction if you are trying to do so. More importantly, the examples and sample questions in both the book and the accompanying CD, because they follow the PMP format of "what sub-process belongs to what process", are completely irrelevant to what you will find on the actual exam.The PGMP exam is not about the PMI standard - it is a whole lot of mini-scenarios, some of which are somewhat realistic and some are very contrived. You'll find questions that are a whole lot more like the exam in the Letavec-Rollins-Altwies book; but that book doesn't provide much of a study framework either, which is presumably what you were hoping for in an exam prep book.When an exam costs $1500 to take, a couple of hundred on the prep materials is a reasonable risk reduction strategy. I used several books, hoping to mitigate the $1500 risk I was taking, but in fact none of the materials on the market that I found (as of July 2008) have much to do with the exam (including the PMI standard and specification). The grim reality is that if you are even thinking about spending this kind of time and money to take this exam, you can probably pick out enough of the obvious school-solution answers to get to 50% and your experience will take you the rest of the way. If you do not have that experience, or if you do but you're just not a good test-taker, you're not going to enjoy this exam.

I took and Passed the PgMP using this book, the Program Standard, the Crosswind Book and the Aileen Ellis online questions. While this book is fine for prepping, as are the others, nothing can really prepare you for this exam! I doubted some of the other comments like 'When it comes to the exam, you're on your own', but I must concede they were right. This exam cannot be taken lightly. It is exponentially tougher than the PMP exam! The questions in the exam are way tougher than any contained in the above-mentioned materials.Some of the harsher criticisms of this book must not be taken seriously! This book has its value as a study aide - it's well structured and covers the necessary topics to master the theoretical component of the 'Standard'. A further suggestion for PgMP prepping - know the PMBOK well! Good hunting!

This is one of the great books out there for the PgMP exam. Use together with the PMI standard text on program management. I would recommend this book to guys out there planning to take the PgMP exam and are serious to pass.

The content of the book are excellent and well elaborated, but unfortunatly I found after taking the real exam that the simulation test questions provided in the book has nothing to do with the real test questions which are based on real scenario questions rather than a straight forward input output questions.I suggest to all to buy other books in the market.Good luck.

This product is falls short for two reasons:1) It is dated and does not reflect the latest thinking in the PMI standard for Program Management; and2) The book provides no additional insight or knowledge not readily available in the PMI standards publication.Do not buy this book, especially as the PMI is in the midst of a new Role Delineation Study and changes will be introduced in 2012.

Similar to other low comments, this book provides content on PgMP processes and terms but the sample questions only represent less than 10% of the PgMP exam questions. The questions provided by the author is very objective. The majority of the PgMP exam questions are extremely situational. Memorization is minor. A thorough understanding how you apply the PgMP concepts to the situations is highly required.

I purchased the book to obtain addtional insights on PgMP, but it is sad, this book conforms to PMI The Standard for Program Management 1st Edition, and not the 2nd Edition.For me it a waste of money. Not printing on the book cover that the contents in a book is in conformance to which PMI Standard version, specially for PgPM and PMP study guide. is like intentionally cheating the customers

This book is a must have for any new user of an iphone. The book is divided into logical sections that have clear instructions on the different functions of the phone. It's also nice to have an index that sends you to your area of interest without having to hunt through the book. I felt there were a few weaknesses if you didn't opt for one of the "preferred" apps. (ie" e-mail services). Also, there is not enough explanation for some of the features such as how to add information to your favorites or how to get face to face up and running. However, the few areas I struggled with initially became quite clear as I used the phone more frequently. If you're afraid of iphone technology, buy the book!

Easy for my father-in-law to read through and find a specific subject. The book is full of helpful tips for anyone really.

I got this for my wife who has a new iPhone. She found it very helpful especially since the phone does not come with any operating instructions.

I recently bought an i phone and thanks to Mr Spivey's clear explanations feel I've mastered all I want to use it for. I'll dive into it again when I'm ready to try another function of this amazing cell phone. I am a senior and am so glad I bought this book, it was well worth the money.

This must be one of the worst "self help" books ever. When I have an "issue" (voice mail is a good example) I try to find it in the book, but there's nothing. I was finding the answer much faster by just Goggling it

I bought 2 of these books on basis of good experience with the dummies series, one for myself as a seventy year old senior and one for a ninety-five year old who asked me to help him. I really wish I'd looked through one before buying. This Dummies book is as close to worthless as I have ever seen. Basic topics covered are lacking such as "Text" where there are 2 pages referenced, both of which tell nothing about text other than changing size. Following the poor topics covered, I found the coverage itself lacking in clarity and usefulness.The dummies here are anyone buying a book authored by this person.

Has been very helpful, easy to navigate and understand. Love it!

I like being able to read this story without having to purchase or read the ancillary tie-in stories. I really enjoyed the "Planet Hulk" arc that preceded this one. John Romita Jr. and Klaus Janson turned in some respectable work on this book, but I really believe that either Ed McGuiness or Dale Keown would've knocked this one into the stratosphere. Heck, I would've even preferred Leinil Yu, Carlo Pagulayan, Bryan Hitch or the cover artist, David Finch. Still, Romita and Janson turned in some nice, action-packed art on this book. I really enjoyed the story and art on the impeccable Planet Hulk and Ed McGuiness did illustrate most of the artwork for the "Hulk/Red Hulk" arc that came after World War Hulk. I have the kindle version of this book that I got for free (along with the Dark Phoenix Saga) after having purchased numerous trade paperbacks, graphic novels, and art/illustration books here on Amazon. All in all, I got a very sweet deal.

This was a lot of fun.There's a whole book of set up - Planet Hulk - but it's neatly summarized in this book. A group of heroes, tired of the Hulk's rage, shot him into space into what they thought would be a paradise world. It wasn't. After fighting for his survival there, Hulk won and has returned with an army to seek revenge.The Avengers, the Fantastic Four and the US Army throw everything at the Hulk but to no avail. One by the one the heroes of the Marvel Universe fall and a good chunk of New York is leveled as we watch the final epic battle.There are some minor problems, it's hard to believe that a genius like Reed Richards or a sorcerer with a wealth of powers like Dr Strange can't think of more ways to stop the Hulk than we see. And the ending is a bit pat, with everything restored to the status quo. But it's still a fun slug fest with a lot of emotion and heart.The only real flaw is that this is a serial book set in the Marvel Universe so in the end, everything is put (more or less) right. And somehow no one is killed or even seriously hurt. But that's the price of reading a book set in the main universe and if you're a long time comic reader like me, you might snarl at it, but you accept it as well.So yes, I recommend it.

I read this some time ago as a set of print mags. Thank god I bought them all as a set. It was an evening read I could not put down. Then a few weeks ago I was stumbling around Amazon as I am won't to do and there it was again. I'd given my print versions to a young friend who'd never heard of the series. And when I saw the series in Amazon the fire and excitement that I'd felt before rose up in me. The reading was as good and as much a rush as before. HULK SMASH! Feels good to see Hulk triumph! Unequivocally! The team did very well. And if this becomes a movie, I do hope they do it well. It deserves the full treatment as a mini series. Well done Marvel. Another gem for the treasure trove.

I would have given this five stars if not for the art. Romita does landscapes decently well, but I really dislike his human characters, particularly the faces.Once you get past the arts this is a good story, and a fine sequential the excellent planet hulk. So hulk and insufficient followers from planet hulk arrive on earth to reap revenge for the whole exile and exploding ship deal. The rest of the book is just a series of interesting fights, as each hero team and illuminati members line up to take their shot at the worldbreaker. It was interesting seeing hulk and friends wallow in their rage and almost become like the red king they fought so hard to overthrow, and even at his angriest hulk strives to save the innocent. All in all, a must read for hulk fans, but you do need to know planet hulk in my opinion.

This is the book that got me into comics again. I hadn't read a comic in about 15 years but I saw this at our library and the cover looked really awesome so I picked it up. The action scenes in this book are amazing and it is really fast paced. Since being blown away by this, I have read thousands more since and am glad I got back into comics. We bought the paperback and my son looked at and read it so much the binding fell apart. Now we have the digital copy, which lets you zoom in on the individual frames. This one will always be my guilty pleasure.

I've not read many graphic novels that have comics combined, but with the upcoming Ragnarok movie, I wanted to get some background going on what I hope is going to be a fabulous Thor flick.It was.. a different kind of Hulk from my childhood but that's not a bad thing, just.. different.I docked a star due to Zon shipping it with other stuff just laying in the box, a corner of the cover and first few pages got tweaked. Should have had it wrapped or in a zip lock bag or something. I didn't get that "pristine/I am the first to read this" feel from the experience.See you at the movies!

This comic was good from a story's point of view but the drawing and art rendering although beautiful was a muddled mess at time's. It was hard to understand and even interpret what I was looking at. I think it suffered from to much crammed into one plate and that was hard to read and interpret. Comic's shouldn't be this way when the creator's of these comic's is dependent of what you are seeing. I wanted so much to give it more than three 🌟 but it's just to messy.

The Incredible Hulk returns to Earth to teach his old frenemies a lesson. He systematically takes down the most powerful heroes in the Marvel universe. The art is beautiful, the writing is excellent, the story is superb.

They recommended that you hire someone to do the video work instead of doing it yourself, so they didn't spend much time on this aspect. They did list and describe a variety of video editing programs, but they provided only general information on the other equipment. If you want to know how to set up lighting, run a video camera, or use that editing software, they suggested looking it up on YouTube or certain magazine websites.I received an ebook review copy from the publisher through Netgalley.

This is a very good book about Kratom. It’s easy to read and gives you dosage guidance which is really helpful.

A helpful accessory for those of us that want to know more about the supplement we are taking or those curious about this wondrous plant. Short book though.

This book is super educational. I wasn’t expecting to learn as much as I did. I have also shared it with my parents as my dad suffers from arthritis.

No references given at all!! Poorly written and an Information was mostly correct, if a bit vague. Contradictory info re food or not and missing an entire discussion on ph, and the use of lemons and such to release activecompounds. .Some mistakes, like info about toss and wash, which is taking powder in dry form, will certainly have some poor novice choke on it. Nasty. If only he had cited all the sources he used, all would be worthwhile, but not to be. More and better info,with references, can be dug up on reddit/kratom

I really loved that this book presents you with 101 facts about Kratom. Each fact is really informative and the layout of the book makes for fun reading. It’s a guide you can keep referring back to. Really enjoyed it
